Very nice and well preserved watch. Original box. Packed very well. In the box I also found a chocolate. I must say an attention that denotes courtesy and kindness. Thank you.

From the first contact on the whole communication was extremely smooth. All questions were answered during a short period of time. Requested information were delivered right away.
After finishing the product purchase, I received steady information regarding the status quo of the delivery - not only via DHL, but by SwissOnly as well. Within 2 days the watch arrived in Germany.
The packaging was perfect. It was multiple times wrapped in plastic. Maybe a little too much for someone like me who was extremely impatient so see the inside;) Seriously now, it was flawless. Same as the product itself.
No bad surprises! I can recommend this shop to 100%.

Very good communication. Very happy with the watch. The chain is a bit wobbely and squeeky, which was not stated in the watch add, and the watch itself is in serious need of service, oil change etc. All aside I´m still very happy with the deal and SwissOnly was extremely communicative, answering all questions promptly and shipping the watch very fast and safely. I would recommend SwissOnly to friends and I would not hesitate buying a watch from this dealer again.
